Website & Project Information

Privacy Policy

This page explains how information submitted through The Packaging Works website is handled by the current website implementation. It is written to reflect the actual forms, WordPress lead inbox and project-contact workflow used by this theme.

01

Information We Collect

When you use a contact or quote form, the website may collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, business or brand, email, phone or WhatsApp number, product details, dimensions, quantities, packaging preferences, delivery ZIP code, dates, project notes and other fields shown in the relevant form.

Only provide information that is appropriate for the packaging request. Technical specifications can be left undecided when the form provides a “Not Sure” or optional state.

02

How Submitted Information Is Used

Submitted information may be used to review the packaging request, identify missing project details, respond to the enquiry, prepare or discuss a quote, support packaging-design or production planning, and maintain a record of the submitted project context.

A quote-form submission is not an order, proof approval or production authorization.

03

Artwork, Dielines and File Uploads

Where a form supports file uploads, files may include artwork, dielines, product photos, current packaging or reference documents. In the current theme implementation, an uploaded file can be attached to the related notification email. The WordPress lead record stores the submitted text details and may record the submitted filename; it is not designed as a permanent document-storage library.

Email, hosting and other connected systems may have their own retention behavior. Do not upload confidential information that is not necessary for the packaging request.

04

WordPress Lead Records

Website form submissions can create a private lead record in the WordPress administration area so the site owner can distinguish read and unread enquiries and review the submitted project details. These records are intended for internal project follow-up and are not published as public website content.

05

Website Services, Cookies and Third-Party Tools

WordPress and enabled website services may use technical cookies or similar browser storage where required for normal website operation. Analytics, advertising, security, email, hosting, CDN or other third-party services may process information according to their own configuration and policies when those services are enabled by the site owner.

This theme does not make a blanket promise that every third-party service is disabled, anonymous or retained for a particular period; the live website configuration is the source of truth.

06

Questions, Corrections or Data Requests

Privacy rights vary by location and applicable law. For questions about information submitted through this website, use the verified contact details published by The Packaging Works.

07

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated when the website forms, lead workflow, connected services or business practices change. The version visible on this page should be reviewed against the actual live configuration before launch and after material changes.
