Website Terms

Terms & Conditions

These website terms describe the relationship between the information shown on The Packaging Works website and the project-specific quote, proof, approval and production terms that apply to an actual packaging order.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

01

Website Information and Use

The website provides information about packaging structures, materials, printing, finishes, industries, design workflows and project preparation. It is intended to help users compare options and prepare a project brief. Website content is not a substitute for the final project specification, retailer requirement, compliance review or commercial agreement.

02

Quote Requests, Specifications and Orders

Submitting a quote or contact form starts a review and communication process. It does not place an order, reserve production, approve a proof, guarantee pricing or create a final manufacturing specification.

Project-specific pricing, quantity, material, print method, finishes, proof/sample route, turnaround, delivery, payment terms and other commercial conditions should be confirmed in the applicable written quote or order documentation.

03

Proofs, Samples and Approvals

Digital proofs, 3D visualizations and physical samples answer different questions. The approval route depends on the project. Production should begin only after the required specification, artwork and applicable approval steps are confirmed through the actual project workflow.

04

Artwork, Dielines and Submitted Materials

You should have the right to provide and use the logos, artwork, product imagery, copy, trademarks and other materials submitted for a project. Barcodes, regulatory copy, claims and retailer-specific requirements remain the buyer’s responsibility unless a separately verified review service is included in writing.

05

Capabilities and Website Claims

Exact availability can vary by structure, material, quantity, production route and current operating terms. Numerical MOQ, turnaround, shipping, certification, environmental, food-contact, savings or specialty-finish claims should be relied on only when confirmed for the specific project.

07

Intellectual Property

Website branding, layout, original text, graphics and project assets remain subject to their applicable ownership and licensing rights. A project quote should state any deliverable or file-ownership terms that differ from ordinary website use.
